I contacted Percy’s Parlour last minute to see if there was any availability for my puppy’s first groom, and what can I say…. He loved it!!! Katie was fantastic with him. Gentle, patient, kind and generally passionate about what she does. My puppy looked fabulous and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for his first time. I will be using Katie on a regular basis and highly recommend Percy’s Parlour.

We booked in with Katie for a full groom for our 14-month-old Vizsla. She took time to settle him, reassure him and give him all the love and cuddles! He has come back smelling and looking absolutely gorgeous after a hydro bath, nail clip, ear clean, lots of brushing and blueberry facial! 10/10 service

Baxter visited Percy’s Parlour yesterday, he usually gets nervous at the dog groomers, but not at Percy’s Parlour! He was treated like a VID (very important dog) from the moment he arrived, to the moment he left - much much cleaner and perfectly clipped, trimmed and primped from nose to tail. But most importantly he was wagging his tail and was very relaxed - thank you Katie, a perfectly pampered pooch!
